about

Materiaal Series, Part 011

The Kreuzberg Polyphony Sessions are an experimental event series created by Volker Lankow and Bernhard Wöstheinrich. On Friday, July 28 2017, Wolfgang Seidel (Kluster, Eruption, Ton Steine Scherben) joined the duo.

Seidel added a remarkable set of analogue sound devices, such as the Buchla Music Easel and an original EMS VCS 3. His creative expertise and unique way of playing these instruments was the perfect catalyst in creating this modern take on the traditions of the Berlin challenging music scene.

The astounding performance is presented here in its entirety.
